Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to make sure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done.
• Helping make sure our facilities are clean, safe environments for our customers and associates.
• Generate quotes on behalf of customers and partners following program guidelines.
• Execute the Auto-Renewal program as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support Geo Operations and Credit & Collections teams and meet all agreed upon SLAs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
• Customer service attitude-skills.
