Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Proactively supports the delivery of HR practices and processes.
• Master Manage different HR processes: Payroll, Onboarding, Offboarding, HR letters, HR Digitalization, HR Newsletters etc.
• Induction: Be responsible for induction for new collaborators.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Performing reference and background checks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
