Job Description :

Hiring an experienced IT Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provide technical input to assist in the development of project planning.
•  Manage demand and provide traceability using Incident, Service, and Change management processes.
•  Perform escalations when necessary to vendors or internal departments and works with the other party to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the end-user.
•  Participate in an after-hours support rotation to provide support to end-users if necessary.
•  Maintain the networks at various locations.
•  Coordinate the needs of remote employees, vendors, and contractors.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred.
• Good knowledge in Computer.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
