Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for creating BOQ estimates based on sets drawing and further prepare a detailed budget for the same.
• Ability to do market analysis in order to know the current rates of the materials before floating tender and inviting quotations.
• Monitoring Contractors cost control procedures through the Design Phase, Construction Phase, Final Account & Defects Maintenance Phase.
• Defects Maintenance Phase.
• Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation and own the negotiations with vendors.
• Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement with the Client and Contractor as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
