Urgently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Self-starter, able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude.
•  Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies about food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation..
•  Guides and trains the subordinates daily to ensure high motivation and efficient working environment.
•  Assess quality control and adhere to all service standards and applicable laws concerning food safety.
•  Places panned food on meal tray assembly line and/or serves food according to menu requests.
•  To ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order.

Job Requirements:

•  Culinary school diploma.
•  Knowledge of best cooking practices.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
