Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Front Office Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Monitor stock and order office supplies.
  •  Develop an in-depth understanding of the property management system and POS functionality.
  •  Prepare and monitor office budget requirements.
  •  Provide gracious and sincere customer service to all arriving and departing hotel guests and visitors.
  •  Ensure proper mail distribution.
  •  Assist, as directed, in processing and submission of payroll including approval of time cards and timely submittal of payroll records.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Good knowledge in the English language.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
