Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Complete quality control line check for each meal period.
•  Assist with the training of kitchen personnel as well as food services staff. 
•  Develop organized prep sheets with each menu change. 
•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
•  Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
•  Assist in filling any open positions with qualified internal or external candidates.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail. 
•  Have superb time management skills.
