Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Front Office Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Follow and enforce all Kalahari Resort cash handling and credit/debit policies.
  •  Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities. 
  •  Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
  •  Post charges such as postage, copies, health club pass etc. to guests folios.
  •  Performs a daily cashiering audit and balances shift cashiering transactions.
  •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  •  Customer service attitude.
  • Two years experience in same field.
