Urgently looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
•  Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
•  Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
•  Develop, direct, and implement agency policies and procedures.
•  Represent the agency on internal and/or external committees, task forces, projects, etc.
•  Monitor hiring and other personnel actions to ensure non-discrimination, equal opportunity, and ethical practices.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree.
•  Excellent leadership and management skills.
•  Strong analytic, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
