A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensure all communication with concessionaire as per the requirement with coordination of Project Manager.
• To be active and motivated the team member with smooth working at project site.
• To clarify the contract management & documentation as per requirement.
• Preparation of Extra item, Deviation / variation of statement, specifications.
• Thorough in quantity take off from drawing/costing.
• Preparation and certified of Client and Subcontractor Billing.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
