Required Call Center Agent

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Call Center Agent in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Deliver technical support to employees including but not limited to system password resets.
• Document client interaction & activities in system; follow up on issues to ensure appropriate resolutions.
• Navigate multiple computer applications while serving the client/customer.
• Receive inbound customer calls as well as place outbound calls to customers.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Document customer profiles using web based system.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
