Job Details:

•  Develop moderately complex policies and procedures.
• Champion employee recognition and engagement events.
• Develop and implement staffing and retention initiatives.
• Provide policy/technical guidance to leadership regarding unemployment and claims.
• Prepare reports and communications for senior management.
• Ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
