Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for BOQ variation tracking, co- ordinate/ approvals- client documentation.
• Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
• Provide cost to completion for individual project.
• General commercial management of sub-contractors.
• Accurate and efficient measurement, identification and measurement of variations.
• Production and agreement of final accounts and additional cost claims.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
