Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Generalist in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Work agreements with Universities to develop a pipeline of talent.
  •  Lead the implementation of the Strategic Recruiting Plan.
  •  Brief leadership on statuses/plans/needs/etc of the recruiting and training efforts.
  •  Undertake tasks around performance management.
  •  Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  •  Supports department and company-wide special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Aptitude in problem-solving.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
