Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives.
•  Safety/environmental issues-projects, reporting to appropriate agencies.
•  Machine/equipment design, modification, moving, relocating and storing.
•  Schedule and coordinate apartment turns, including assistance with resident move out and apartment renovations.
•  Supervise use of property golf carts and all other major tools and equipment when applicable.
•  Performs various scheduled maintenance functions. Records activity in maintenance log.

Job Requirements:

•  High school diploma.
• Five years experience in same field.
•  UAE valid driving license.
•  Strong diplomacy and decision making skills.
