Job Description :

Urgently required Chef  De Partie in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment and reporting of malfunctioning and coordinating maintenance calls.
•  Consults daily with Sous Chef and Executive chef on the daily requirements planned events and also about any last-minute events or large group reservations.
•  Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
•  Guides and trains the subordinates daily to ensure high motivation and efficient working environment.
•  Assess quality control and adhere to all service standards and applicable laws concerning food safety.
•  Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills.
