Job Description :
We are looking for a Secretary in Oman.
Job Details:
- Update the office calendar and accept/deny requests when conflicts arise.
- Check office admin voicemails and Outlook e-mails throughout the day.
- Deliver all incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain all receipts for purchases for office equipment, supplies etc.
- Request badges for new hires and ensure replacement badges are ordered as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree holder.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS word, excel etc.
