Required Operation Manager

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Dispatch crews for each job for each day and ensure workload is at its maximum.
• Driver assignments as well as working with corporate to make sure all shipments are assigned and picked up.
• Input weekly payroll into company system and process paperwork for new hires.
• Monitor and ensure that Barcoding, Labelling and Racking
• Process are as per process. Ensuring adequate on-hand stock levels are maintained in the Warehouse.
• Controlling inventory levels by organizing and conducting physical counts and reconciliations

Job Requirements:

• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
