Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Business Coordinator in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Help to plan, coordinate and execute large scale events such as seminars, roundtables and receptions.
  • Create materials for client presentations, internal training meetings etc.
  • Draft and update lawyer and practice group information on the firm’s website and intranet.
  •  Work on new pitch and proposal opportunities and help to deliver a first good working document to the lawyers.
  •  Co-ordinate legal directory submissions with external submission consultants and partners.
  • Work with the PR team as needed, on group PR initiatives and profile-raising.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  •  Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • EXcellent coordination skills.
