Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Business Coordinator in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Help to plan, coordinate and execute large scale events such as seminars, roundtables and receptions.
- Create materials for client presentations, internal training meetings etc.
- Draft and update lawyer and practice group information on the firm’s website and intranet.
- Work on new pitch and proposal opportunities and help to deliver a first good working document to the lawyers.
- Co-ordinate legal directory submissions with external submission consultants and partners.
- Work with the PR team as needed, on group PR initiatives and profile-raising.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- One year experience in the same field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- EXcellent coordination skills.
