Job Description :

Looking for an experienced IT Specialist in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Participate in an after-hours support rotation to provide support to end users if necessary.
  •  Manage demand and provide traceability using Incident, Service, and Change management processes.
  •  Responsible for maintenance & upkeep of supported software applications.
  •  Work independently and manage time effectively.
  •  Perform software and hardware installations.
  •  Configure, diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware and software.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills.
  •  Demonstrates good customer service skills.
