Looking for an experienced Pastry Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  {{ESTRONG}}Responsible for maintaining proper levels of inventory for the display cases and customer orders. 

* 

Responsible for the supervision of pastry cooks and interns that are assigned to their station.

* 

Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.

* 

Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently.

* 

Follow safety and sanitation practices when executing daily tasks and recipes.

* 

Notify management team of low par levels or out of stock items.

* 

Execute pastry menus developed by the pastry management team.  

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Effective oral communication skills.
•  Possess excellent basic math skills.
