Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of AOP's and monitor the maintenance cost & analyse the data.
• Collection and preparation of quotes comparison, approval notes and issuance of PO's and WO's for various vendors/comtractors.
• Preparing draft reply for various letters with supporting details/data.
• Prepare accident analysis and implement recommendations to reduce number of crashes and fatalities.
• Preparation and checking of annual O&M program and ensure the activities are being performed as per O&M program.
• Exposure and improvement in road safety, contracts management and O&M.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
