•  Maintain cleaning schedules and programs.
•  Assist in overseeing Pastry department and its production.
•  Consolidate, organize and clean walk ins, freezers, dry storage area.
•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
•  Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
•  Maintain company’s confidentiality.
•  Establish priorities based on the kitchen’s needs.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Demonstrates strong problem solving skills.
•  Have superb time management skills.
