Job Description :

We are looking for a Secretary in Oman.

Job Details:

  • Request badges for new hires and ensure replacement badges are ordered as needed.
  • Update the office calendar and accept/deny requests when conflicts arise.
  • Check office admin voicemails and Outlook e-mails throughout the day.
  • Deliver all incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain all receipts for purchases for office equipment, supplies etc.

Job Requirements:

  •  Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree holder.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  •  Proficiency in MS word, excel etc.
