Required Senior Construction Manager

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Create, execute and oversee project schedule, including coordination of field operations for all assigned projects and its staff.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of project drawings, as well as company's general contract and all subcontract agreement.
• Develop and maintain all project communication with assigned project staff, including engineering logs, submittals, shop drawings, catalogs, manuals.
• Create reports to management on all assigned projects and develop and maintain profit plan for each project.
• Maintain required project documentation, and develop and maintain project safety plan.
• For all assigned project staff, responsible for approving all subcontractor/vendor invoices and applications for payment and coordinate with Accounting   Department.

Job Requirements:

• BSC in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Highly organized and motivated.
