Job Description :

Urgently required an experienced HR Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare employee termination forms and related documentation. When plausible conduct exit interviews to determine reason for separations.
•  Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issue resolution.
•  Assist Corporate Human Resources in the implementation and initiation of any new or changing human resources policy procedure or program at the plant level.
•  Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel, and with other work units or departments.
•  Maintain records of personnel activities such as hires promotions disciplinary actions performance reviews and terminations as well as injury summaries.
•  Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• HR qualification is desirable.
• Good communication skills.
• Supervising skills.
