Job Description :

We are looking for a Estimator in Oman.

Job Details:

• Assist Preconstruction Director with quantity take-off, pricing, and bidding of projects.
• Price necessary work items.
• Review labor costs and production.
• Solicit subcontractors, suppliers or specified manufacturers and monitor responses.
• Review the project construction schedule and assist in preparation of the General Conditions.
• Ensure adequate subcontractor solicitation during bidding process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 5 years experience is required.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
