Job Details:

•  Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
• Maintains equipment and supply inventory to include student lab uniforms. 
•  Applies and maintains standards of quality operating methods, processes, systems, and procedures;
•  Participates in culinary course scheduling, department, division and meetings;
•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Outstanding communication skills.
•  Have superb time management skills.
• Food processing skills.
