Looking for an experienced Store Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Creating and maintaining accurate schedules for your team.
•  Prepare deposits according to Company Policy and deliver deposits to the bank on a daily basis.
• Coaching team members on problem-solving, 5 Star Service, safety, and ways to be successful in their roles.
•  Monitor and direct activity within a store to ensure the quality of customer service and provide assistance as required.
• Developing contests for Sales Associates aimed to achieve sales goals.
•  Provide a positive working environment and address associated issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 to 15 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge in the same filed.
