Required Restaurant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Monitoring the kitchen for cleanliness, ticket times, and health and safety practices
•  Maintain food quality standards including consistency and presentation.
• Assisting cooks when needed.
•  Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and general building maintenance.
•  Managing performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
•  Managing the dining room, hosting during peak hours, as well as cross-training at our sister restaurant Brenda’s Meat and Three.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
