Job Description :

Urgently required Procurement Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services.
•  Coordinates program, finance, evaluation and administrative teams to support contract processes. 
•  Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
•  Maintaining sourcing contracts for reference
•  Maintains good relationships with the vendor. 
•  Provides parts, equipment, and materials information by answering questions and requests.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement.
•  Bachelor Degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be smart and presentable.
