Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Homecare Nurse in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic arabic and gcc experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidate need to have valid QID and QCHP License
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing with prometric and dataflow
- With minimum 3 years continuous experience.
