Job Details:

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding.
• Coordinating with various departments for thehiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
• Ensuring training certification is done as per norms.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum one year experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
