A leading company looking for an experienced Executive Chef in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure kitchen operations can run smoothly and efficiently in your absence.
• Determination of purchasing specifications and budgetary allotments for all menu items.
• Assist and support in new unit openings.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
• Setting and Maintaining Goals for Culinary Function and Activities 
• Develops and implements guidelines and control procedures for purchasing and receiving areas.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Well skilled in the relevant field.
