Construction Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure all projects are in compliance with building standards as well as applicable local, state and federal regulations as required.
• Perform bid comparison and evaluation for inclusion of all scope and related costs.   
• Interpret construction documents and bids to determine opportunities for cost/time savings.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
• Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and structures and facilities, project infrastructures   and process plant
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or standards

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 15 years experience in the same field. 
• Graduate Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
