Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Record & maintain all application data.
  • Handling of cash and bank related transactions if assigned.
  • Ensuring all administration and logistics of passport delivery to consulate/applicant /logistic company etc.
  •  Handling customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
  • Document scrutiny and collection for visa processing

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder need to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS office & good typing speed.
  • Minimum one year experience is required
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Must be a customer service minded.
