A leading company looking for an experienced Restaurant Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensuring that all employees receive thorough training on SOPs, recipes, service and behavioral standards.
• Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash control.
• Maximizing profit and minimizing controllable expenses. Handle complete P&L of all stores.
• Creating a FUN safe environment for team members to develop.
• Ensuring compliance with all employment policies.
• Managing performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 6 years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
