Job Description :

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

• Providing direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
• Participate in the hiring, selection and training of new employees.
• Handles complaints of guests and employees and disciplines employees.
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations, and conducts performance reviews.
• Participate in the termination of employees.
• Managing the business by directing and holding the management, service, and production teams accountable for service and   operations excellence.

Job Requirements:

•  Proficient in Word, Excel, OpenTable.
• Proficient in cash handling and cash reconciliation procedures.
• Degree holder.
• Strong organization skills.
