Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Researches available labor pools and sources, and develops recruitment strategies to achieve DGS’ recruitment and employment   goals.
• Recommends salary offers to HR management, prepares offer letters and makes job offers to selected candidates.
• Communicates with candidates throughout the stages of the recruitment and selection process to ensure they are kept updated in the   process.
• Ensure Statutory Compliant status at all times. 
• Develop the collective knowledge of the HR team to handle complex and crisis situation arising due to dynamic and changing   business environment. 
• Heading the entire India HR team; being the hands-on leader to direct the full spectrum of HR activities. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in the same field. 
• MBA Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
