Job Details:

•  Create and build a pool of qualified candidates.
• Assess and analyze candidate’s technical and professional skills through careful resume screening and phone interviews.
• Negotiate wages and other terms and conditions of employment.
• Meet or exceed set goals in a competitive environment.
• Developing and presenting enticing marketing scripts verbally to candidates and hiring managers.
• Screening employers and candidates to determine matches based on needs and wants.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum one year experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
