Required Management Accountant In Qatar

Job Description :

Wanted an experienced Management Accountant in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage the external reporting process from preparation to filing of all SEC documents, including, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related XBRL   requirements.
•  Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
•  Responsible for preparation and review of accounting reconciliations. 
•  Manage monthly and quarterly insurance program reporting.
•  Assist with the Company’s Proxy filing and other statutory filings.
•  Manage tax preparations and filings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge in Accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
