Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Oversees breakfast and lunch for quality assurance meal presentation and portion control.
•  Punctual, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
•  Assist management in hiring, training, supervising and scheduling associates.
•  Assist in creating and implementing new  banquet menus.
•  Order food as needed or as directed by Executive Chef.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
•  Strong presentation skills.
