Experienced Finance Manager

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Finance Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Review of payments runs including all capex requests.
• Manage and guide the finance team.
• Assist with the acquisitions of new investments and disposals of existing investments.
• Prepare waterfall distribution calculations and the required notices to investors.
•  Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
•  Interrogate monthly financial reports received from property managers.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate.
• Well versed in Excel.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• One year experience in finance and accounting.
