Job Description :

Urgently required HR Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manages employee situations pertaining to Leave of Absence (LOA) administration which includes Short/Long Term Disability.
•  Coordinate project meetings.
•  Responsible for updating procedures, workflows, metrics, and participation in system enhancements as applicable.
•  Maintain effective communication throughout the life cycle of an HR project.
•  Monitor & Control HR project activities for the purpose of ensuring objectives are achieved within budget and timeframes and in   compliance with established requirements.
•  Maintain Benefit and Leave of Absence records.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience.
•  Knowledgeable of PRO functions and duties.
•  Administration and clerical experience.
•  Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Good communication skills.
