Looking for an experienced Pastry Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Oversee the daily production of the pastry and or dessert program at their venue. 
•  Acknowledge and comply with all company policies, service procedures, and standards. 
•  Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently.
•  Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel.
•  Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
•  Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
•  Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•  Great interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Organizing and leadership skills.
