Urgently looking for an experienced Room Service Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Accurate forecasting of business activity and associated costs.
•  Resolve guest service queries and concerns with diplomacy and tact.
•  Develop department members’ knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective   counseling, etc.
•  To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
•  Ensure profit goals are met in assigned outlets.
•  Ensure proper inventory par levels of various food and beverage items.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma.
•  Strong problem solving skills preferred.
• Two years experience in same field. 
•  Must have strong Communication Skills.
