Looking For Construction Manager

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Work collaboratively with and maintain effective communication with property and asset management to ensure that project scope definition is    clearly established and understood for all projects.   
• Coordinate with the architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors as required.  
• Ensure all projects are in compliance with building standards as well as applicable local, state and federal regulations as required.
• Perform bid comparison and evaluation for inclusion of all scope and related costs.
• Interpret construction documents and bids to determine opportunities for cost/time savings.
• Once approval has been obtained, award projects, coordinate the execution of the contract documents and schedule work.   
• Initiate appropriate project documents and track progress of each project as related to objectives, approved budgets and approved timelines.   

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• One year experiencem in the same field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Excellent managerial skills.
