A leading company looking for an experienced Call Center Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Manage large volumes of incoming calls/emails.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External).
  • Provide World Class Customer Service.
  • End to Transaction of Reports.

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same field. 
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • IT Skills.
