Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions.
• Inform prospective and existing customers of WFHM programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures.
• Analyze detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk.
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
• Coordinating sales activities and compiling sales report.
• Conduct sales meeting for weekly, monthly issues and problem or emergency meeting for urgent problem solving.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years experience in the same field. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Age Below 25 years old.
• EXcellent skills in the same or relevant field.
