Wanted Administrative Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Arrange traveling and accommodations for business meetings.
  •  Research various information for several employees as needed.
  •  To screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
  •  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  •  Develop and maintain a filing system.
  •  Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School degree.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Two years experience in same field.
